• Any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or expense resulting from acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, or other factors beyond our control
• Any acts or omissions of Travel Suppliers or other third parties
• Any personal injuries, property damage, or other claims related to travel services
• Any loss or damage due to delays, cancellations, or changes in itinerary
